Our Lonzu is created from long pieces of pork tenderloin, seasoned with local aromatic herbs, and then slowly dried to the perfect texture.

Lonzu is a piece of meat generally free of fat, very tasty and will go perfectly with a glass of wine as an aperitif or for a Corsican raclette.
